Major
references for the content except for 4 are:
1) The book 《Quantum
Gravity》 by Carlo Rovelli (attached is a preview version of Carlo's
book), Part 2
2) The article "Background Independent Quantum
Gravity: A Status Report " by Abhay Ashtekar (gr-qc/0404018)
The
research on Loop Quantum Cosmology was initiated around 2000s in the
PhD thesis of Martin Bojowald and is rapidly developing throughout
these years. Thus, topics in this field are not well covered by the
above references. Currently, I find the most accessible review would be
the PPT by Bojowald himself as attached. This was the PPT for lectures
in the Loops 09 conference in BNU last summer.
